These Terms & Conditions govern the use of WhatsApp API services provided by Tech Softra – WhatsApp API Services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Tech Softra provides WhatsApp Business API solutions, including but not limited to message broadcasting, chatbot automation, notifications, integrations, and customer engagement tools, subject to WhatsApp/Meta policies.
You must be a legally registered business and authorized to communicate with customers via WhatsApp. You confirm that all submitted business information is accurate and lawful.
Users must strictly follow WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Policies.
Any violation may result in message restrictions, suspension, or permanent blocking.
Tech Softra is not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp/Meta due to policy breaches.
You agree to:
Obtain clear user consent (opt-in) before sending WhatsApp messages
Avoid spam, misleading, or illegal content
Ensure message templates comply with WhatsApp guidelines
Maintain confidentiality of API keys and login credentials
Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):
Spam or unsolicited messages
Fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
Adult, hateful, or illegal content
Copyright-infringing material
Tech Softra reserves the right to suspend services for violations.
All fees are billed as per the selected plan or agreement
WhatsApp conversation charges (as defined by Meta) are applicable
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
While Tech Softra strives for high uptime, services depend on third-party platforms (WhatsApp/Meta). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Tech Softra may suspend or terminate services if:
These Terms are violated
Payment obligations are not met
WhatsApp/Meta enforces restrictions
No liability shall arise from such suspension or termination.
Customer data is handled securely and used only to provide services
Users are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws
Tech Softra does not sell or misuse client data
Tech Softra shall not be liable for:
Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
Account bans or limitations imposed by WhatsApp/Meta
Indirect or consequential damages
You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Softra harmless against claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of laws or policies.
Tech Softra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
